I been with curve for 1 month but i still haven’t got my blue card. My emails & customer support messages don’t get answered. If you can’t even send out a card how can i trust you with my bank information?

Politely ask them to send you another one as a month without a card shouldn’t be happening.
If i can get hold of someone i will. Just tried to phone them but i get an answering machine to leave details & they will get back to me.
I’m not holding my breath.
Try Twitter mate sending them a tweet normally helps.
