Hello, today i bought at the Media Markt… I paid with curves and i didn’t receive the cashback… Is there a time limit?
It’s not always instant - I’d give it a couple of days and if no sign then drop support an email.
Hey @Mattia, sometimes the merchant’s POS/terminal name is different to their actual name and so it isn’t recognised by Curve’s system. If you send a message to the support team (and attach a receipt if you have one) they should be able to manually apply the points for you.
