Disputing transaction

I’m trying to start a dispute with UPS as they destroyed a package (from the screenshots provided to me)
UPS wants me to start a claim with their process, which they want me to either A) FAX them the information, or B) use their online tools which don’t work.

Long story short- id like to start a chargeback claim with curve. I have tried the ‘question about this transaction’ button to no avail- any further ideas?

Hey @bankn, you can get in touch with our support team by emailing support@curve.app or by calling the number on the back of your Curve card. Our support team will ask for some extra info and then escalate it to our disputes team for you!
