I’ve just got my Curve account set up with my Monzo card and got Samsung Pay installed on my Galaxy Watch. The intention was to use it as a contactless card to tap in/out of London underground stations, but whenever I try to use my watch to tap in/out, the machine says “seek assistance”, but when I use my Monzo card physically, the machine accepts it just fine.
At first I thought that Samsung Pay+ and Curve were the issues but I was able to use my watch to pay at a supermarket the day before with no issues. Has anyone else experience this problem? Is there a fix?
