Does Team Curve Support staff use their real first name when replying to support emails?

Was wondering if Team Curve Support Staff that reply to support queries use their real first name or could Team Members use a different first name on any given day?

Some fintech businesses have taken a different approach by showing staff member’s picture on emails or within online chat. Are there any reasons for ImagineCurve not adopting such an approach? Is it to protect your staffs’ privacy?

The support team generally use their real first names but have the option to use a nickname if they’d like.
