Double charged while back in time

Hello. I was double charged when i got back in time from one card and the first charge never refunded…i try to ask for help but i get no response… what can I do?? Its been almost a month since the transaction…

I would advise you to contact Curve support on Twitter, @AskCurve, and ask if your previous support request reached them in good order and what’s the status.
