Error when trying to access account information

I registered, I uploaded cards in the application, but when I go to the account and it gives me an error. I don’t see a crooked map and account information.

You can try to re-install the curve app if it doesnt work please send an email to so they can look into your account.

After many emails with support and attempts to reinstall, my application works, but it’s as if I don’t have an account and I don’t have a card, no data for one, no card number, I can’t pay, it just gives me this error.
