Did you have to pay the 50 GBP replacement fee?
They waived it as this has been an ongoing issue for me dating back to last year.
I understand the importance of Curve Metal to Curve from a growth / income perspective but it would be smart to be more transparent about the UK/EEA BIN issue.
Some form of warning to EU account holders would a) spare many (users as well as Curve cust. support) a lot of effort and b) promote the image that Curve cares about it’s customers needs as much as their bottom line - a rare thing these days.

how can one distinguish the DE BIN from the others?
it’s the first 8 digits of the card you can google “BIN lookup” for various sites offering BIN country lookups.

I received my new card with EEA BIN and was finally able to register it as my primary form of payment for my iCloud/Apple account.
I also got a card with a german BIN issued now. Thanks for the advice.
