Failed payment to upgrade from plan x to plan metal

i can’t upgrade from plan x to plan metal, my card can’t be used to pay for the subscription. but the card I selected is already the one I use for the x-plan, i have already tried with the other cards and i always get the same error. i also tried to uninstall the application and reinstall but nothing change.

I have this problem as well, can anybody help on how to resolve it? As I’ve tried paying with multiple different cards and the above message keeps coming up.
