Failed to activate Curve card

Hi, I got the basic Curve card but I can’t use it because it fails the activation in the app.
Every time I try the activation it says my last 4 digits are wrong or network connection is missing.
Of course I can’t use the card anywhere.

Does anyone encountered the same problem? I tried to write to support via email and contact curve on twitter twice but I never got a reply.
At this point if I can’t get it working I’ll just cancel my account.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

I experienced similar issue when activating new card (I got the message network connection error). Restart of the application (force-close & open) helped.

Unfortunately restarting the app or reinstalling it didn’t give any result
