Failing to pay for subscription with underlying card during upgrade

Sorry not sure if this is the right place I went to upgrade my card but when I pop my CVV from a payment card it says it’s failed

Is the card you trying to add prepaid card?
Did you verify that the card details are correct?

@FlareCO I have been on my curve app seen that you now have subscription cards, I tried to upgrade to the £14.99 I get all the way through to payment but then it fails after putting in the CvV from the card.

This has now disappeared as an option to upgrade

Did you receive an email from Curve regarding that your account has been eventually upgraded?
Maybe it was just a display bug.
