Fraud on Curve card


What does it take to get someone to reply to me about fraud committed on my curve card over 24 hours ago? I have blocked the card and requested a replacement however based on the lack of response don’t have much confidence.

No as from reading the FAQ and other posts this number is for lost/stolen cards and they advise you to raise fraud cases via the app. Is this incorrect?

There are a couple of posts in this community that advise to call the number also in other cases ànd fraud with your card is more or less the same as a stolen card (your card data is stolen).

Indeed - Curve staff have said previously for urgent issues it was fine to call the number.

It depends on how many tickets they have. A support member will answer you within a few hours or days. Have you tried calling this number +44 (0) 20 33 222 585? That number is for urgent problems.
