Make sure that you only used english letters and nothing like öäüè…
I don’t just have English letters in the address. I have a “š” (Havaš) in my name, but I probably can’t change that. It still doesn’t work.
Okay, I’m not sure if the name is a problem, in my case it was a problem with the street name, but I think the best way is to ask the support at email@example.com They usually answer very quickly as well.
