Got two transactions, 1.1k and 1.0k respectively, the former should be refunded in full, while the later should be refunded in two trans. Haven’t received either of them after 10 days. Tried to contact the cs team via app, but havn’t heard of anything after 2 days. Not sure why the situation is like this.
I wouldn’t expect a reply from Curve for around 2 weeks. It’ll likely take months to resolve your issue. I wish I was exaggerating or joking.
