Help bot responses in-app not email

As a user, I do not feel comfortable in providing answers to security questions over an email, when I’ve already created a ticket within the in-app help system. Why can’t the bot message me in the app ticket?

I’m sorry that you do not feel comfortable sharing security information over email. Since Curve main way of dealing with people is via email, unfortunately I don’t see this changing any time soon.

To be honest I myself would be just as uncomfortable as you are in the above situation.

You can always suggest your bot idea as feedback to them whilst dealing with them.

I’m sorry that I couldn’t suggest anything to help.
