Help! No refund!


Can anyone help? I had a refund processed for (another) cancelled holiday on 22/10. (£500+). Credit card co say it hasn’t been received but it’s showing on curve app. Curve said last week it may take 5 days but it’s now 15… Curve also not responding to my email now in 2 days - what can I do?

I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do on here (as fellow users). You can reply to the ticket and change the subject to ‘Urgent’, or try contacting them via Twitter DM. If the ticket was first opened 48h ago I’d probably give them a couple more days to reply but you’ve also got the option of the emergency number on the back of your card.
