Higher tier with faster/prioritised support?

I am very, very happy with curve as a product. I think the support staff are really helpful but replies regularly take more than 24 hours to come through. I wonder how many people would pay extra for quicker support? Monzo for example have a live chat option and if their staff are busy they usually get back to you within the hour. something like this for curve would make it the perfect service for me. i understand a lot of people don’t want to pay more than £150, but just an idea

Lol you obviously haven’t been on the Monzo forums and read the comments on there.

No I wouldn’t be prepared to pay for faster support as all you would be doing is slowing things down even further for the people that don’t pay.
