How to change business card to the personal card?

When ordering my card, I selected I’m doing business by mistake. As a result, the business card arrived. Thing is, the business card is not accepted by some shops. Other shops require an extra fee for using them. I don’t want to use a business card. So I wanted to order a personal card.

The Curve help page says: "If you use Curve for personal spend, you can request a personal card from us at any time by completing the form here. In doing so, we’ll also move your Employment Type to “Employee”.

I tried to fill out the form twice (last time 4 weeks ago) but only the silence radio here – no response from Curve, and no new card arrived.

How can I change the business card to personal to be able to actually use it?

EDIT: I see when I upgrade my account, a new card arrives. Can I select that a personal card should arrive when upgrading?
