How to file chargeback

I thought you use the query transaction option in app – I did this serval days ago and have had no response so clearly this isn’t the correct way.

What should I have done?

It often has issues so I’d email instead.

I’ll second that. They completely ignored a message I sent, and it took a message on here to be sorted.

The next time I had an issue I called support and confirmed it with an email ( and the service was top class.

What’s the support number?

It’s on the back of your card.

I asked because I don’t have my card on me (and rarely do for my Curve transactions).
