I can’t use my curve card


I got my curve card last month and I have linked all my cards but when using the card or Apple Pay it doesn’t work I have contacted support twice over 3 weeks ago the first ticket got replied to saying to double check the pin (I had it correct anyway) the second ticket has also not be responded to. It has been almost a month and wondering if anyone here can help?
