I can’t activate card it keeps coming up with error message

What does the error message say?
I have the same error message and customer service has not responded within the 48 hours stated pathetic.
Sometimes the customer support is overloaded.
You should wait 2-4 days atleast if you then didnt get a reply and you think its urgent simply reply with “URGENT” in your support ticket.
I was told to delete the curve app and re install it but unfortunately I still get the same message.
