I never received my Curve card

Since I registered with Curve in the beginning of this year, my Curve Card that curve still declares as shipped and “Should be there by Mar 04” seems lost on its way to Germany.
There seems to be no way to comfortably declare it as MIA. Also the Help link in the app seems to do nothing.

Is there any way to get Curve to cancel that - obviously lost - card and send another one?
