Ignored by Customer Service?

I have tried to get in touch with customer service through their chat about a bug I’m experiencing with Curve Cash. At least five tickets have been created and then closed without any response whatsoever. I got so frustrated that I wrote an email to Complaints and hoped that I would get some feedback that way. Still complete silence. What is happening? Why is the customer service suddenly so bad and absent?

For anyone interested, the problem I’m having is that partial refunds are correctly updated in each individual transaction, but the money doesn’t get reimbursed to my Curve Cash balance. For me it’s less than 10 euros, but I can imagine this could be a problem if this is a bug for all cardholders. Now I’m mostly mad about the lack of support and a response from Curve.
