There’s absolutely no reason for the in-app Help Centre to close my chat after just 10 minutes when they take days, weeks, or even months to reply!
They keep asking me to start a new conversation!
It’s unacceptable that Metal Card users are promised “priority support” by your ads, but then force me to contact several e-mails and site pages to finally get assistance!
The support team are getting a lot of messages right now so they’re taking a bit longer than usual to reply. If you’re currently waiting on a response and it’s been more than 24 hours then I’d recommend sending a DM to @AskCurve on Twitter or Curve’s Facebook page.
