In-App Support

How is it, that it has been over 2 years since I’ve first reported the problem that I cannot raise support tickets in-app. 2 years!! Crazy :frowning_face:

I know it won’t help you :frowning:, but just FYI it works for me, see screenshot.

The Engineering team have been looking into this and believe they’ve identified a possible cause of this issue and are currently investigating possible fixes with the Support team! In the mean-time, there’s still the email ‘’ if you need to reach them with an issue.
