Hi there! How does it work in case of theft or loss of the curved card? Do I have to pay the card reissue?

Hey @Mattia, what we’ve seen from the Support team is the initial replacement is free of charge and then subsequent replacements will be charged depending on which tier you’re on

This is visible in the Curve Terms of Service, the fee table is towards the bottom. You can take a look here:

That’s what the Terms of Service says. If you’ve requested a replacement previously and informed of the fee for the next replacement. I would definitely expect the charge.
