I requested help from Curve support saying that I could not add one of my cards that comes from the same bank (Boursorama). And the support is not at all responsive it is a problem for me because I cannot take advantage of the service I have to bring back two cards the Curve and the other that I cannot add.
Hey @sarrud welcome to the Community! We don’t offer a live chat service at the moment so you won’t always get a reply straight away. Our team are receiving a lot of messages lately so they may take a little longer that usual to reply, bear with them!
If it’s urgent you can always call the number on the back of your Curve card or send a DM to @AskCurve on Twitter.
Maybe time to invest more in the support department then in creating new features.
