many times already. I try every week.
Basically in my experience closing account with CURVE seems impossible.
They only respond like robots that “they’re looking into that”. Nightmare.
And all that happens just after they left me at the cash desk without possibility to pay as they declined my payment without prior notice why they’ve blocked the card.
I placed the ticket and got ridiculous response from them.
Now I try to close this card.
Who they think they are in fact? Shall I call the police to get them to accept the request?
How to get rid of this piece of nightmare?
