Issue with claiming top cashback offer


New to the community forum. I’ve recently applied for a Curve card using the cashback site: Top Cashback. This was well over a month ago and I am still waiting on the £10 from Curve. I used the card on a Tesco transaction - meeting the cashback terms and conditions. I have filed a cashback claim but it says I need to send an order number? What is the order number? I have no idea. Help would be appreciated.
