Issue with Refund Payment - Unable to log support call via app

Hello,
I have received a refund from a company onto my curve card but the amount that has appeared in the bank account that curve is linked to is 50% of what it should be. The Curve card lists the correct refund amount but it seems there has been issue with the payment from Curve to my bank.
Unfortunately, I am unable to access support via the app - keeps coming up with an error message.

Any advise how I can get support from the Curve Support Team?
