So had a refund from Shoprite in July and it went to curve credit card section, but in limbo - can’t use it, can’t transfer to debit card, can’t get it reassigned to correct credit card of original transaction. Had chat with support online in August and they were completely useless and had no clue what I was trying to tell them - they just said to give it some time.
More recently, had an adjustment at Target , and the refund posted as a Walmart transaction - including to the correct credit card of original transaction. Wacky that their system would change it from Target to Walmart like that.
Why they can’t even provde a rough time frame of Visa credit card support is crazy… no updates/info.
