Issues with app!

I have issues with the metal card. Upgraded to metal yesterday and no new functions is available for me!! Wrote in chat but no reply. Can someone help me? :disappointed:

I did the same over one week ago and I have the same problem. I contacted them over the app and the same. No one replied to my message. I’ve contact them over Instagram, and they seem to reply there faster.

I cannot access account settings, cashback, insurance and it still shows a message that I should upgrade to metal, even if I did the upgrade.

Did you got any message from curve ? Still waiting . It’s now over a week and support don’t reply.

Same problem here but it has been since the beginning of October. Curve refunded me whilst they attempt to fix it, but the last chat message was over 2 weeks ago. I’ve given up
