Just commenting, are the app help options incongruous?

Just a comment
In app under “account” lies the “Report a problem” tab. When clicked it takes you to a blank awaiting-customer-input page “Contact us” where you type the query.
However under “Profile” >Support is the option “Help” .scroll…“Still Need Help? Contact Us”
Where you’ll (eventually?) see the query submitted in the above route.
I suppose there is an argument to be made for this behaviour, personally I find this incongruous as I would have expected the first option to take you directly to the second.

Hey @woz, that’s a good spot. I’m sure this was intentionally designed so there’s more than one way to get to the in-app messaging. I’ll pass your feedback on to our product team though!
