Just upgraded to Curve Metal and being declined when attempting AMEX payment on Android app

I have turned on Curve fronted, but don’t know if that should be on or off to be honest.

Amex are telling me they did not receive the charge request from the merchant end, and think it might be a payment terminal issue.

The underlying card is a Capital on Tap VISA card.

Any advice would be very much appreciated

Just to update, I figured out my issue (it was my fault) - I had not activated my new Curve Metal card which is why my transactions were being declined.
