Although Curve are now adding Curve Rewards Cashback to Curve Cash again, the wrong percentage is being added…1.50% instead of the correct 3%, and nobody at ‘useless’ Curve Support seems interested in sorting this out for future purchases. I am expected to continue messaging them and then wait days for the correct cashback to be applied. Well, I have better things to do than fight with an extremely poor Customer Service Department to get the correct cashback applied each time we use our cards, so will revert back to not using them!
