I can’t unlock my card is there any idea? Or any email that I can send because from the app I go to help still need help? Contact us but the message can’t be send.

Secondly, if you can’t unlock your card, it might be because there are no payment cards added to your account. You can find out more about adding a payment card here.
If you’ve already got a payment card added, you’ll need to send our support team a message over at email@example.com - they’ll be happy to help out with this!
