Locked card

Card locked and will not unlocked now even after the update

Are you getting any error messages on the screen? Have you tried exiting the app completely and restarting?

There’s nothing we can do here to speed things up I’m afraid. If you’ve not heard back from support and you have an urgent issue then you can call the number on the back of your card.
