Locked out of the app and card
Customer for the last 2 years. A week ago I contacted customer service Madeleine regarding some unauthorized charges.
Since then she locked my card and now also my app
Sent Noah and Channel requested documents of ID and address proof.
Noah said he will call me back yesterday evening will fix the ongoing issue ASAP
no resolve or response till now.
Left several message on app and phone.
Seems all going inside a black hole.
Horrible customer service .
FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP
