Lost card reported no response

Hi, I reported my card lost over 48 hours ago had no response from anyone at curve would like urgent update to what going on please

Hey, unfortunately we can’t check your account on the forum as we’re Curve users just like you! It’s best to get in touch with the support team through your app or through Twitter DM (@AskCurve) so they can take a look!

Not sure if you are aware - you didn’t say how you made contact - there is an actual phone number for reporting lost/missing cards (a radical idea I know!)

Don’t forget to disable your card using the app - this can be re-enabled if necessary.
