So I’ve been told to re-install app I’ve send the magic link 4-5 times it has not arrived. Can somebody help me?

Dear Hannah, yes the problem is I cannot activate metal investor card, it’s asking me for numbers which I don’t have. I’ve sent a question to CS they responded me to reinstall app which I did several times but still cannot activate the card. After two days I have’nt recieved any update from Cs.
