Am incercat de vreo 2 zile și pe site. Oricum nu este normal sa nu îți răspundă nimeni în aplicație.
La finalul lunii noiembrie am primit un răspuns pe email la o disputa, am revenit cu detalii și alte tranzacții asemănătoare dar de atunci am primit atât pe email că și în aplicație …ignore total.
Pare așa că e arbitrar suportul sau cel puțin selectiv.
Sau au foarte putini angajați pe partea de suport.

The support team are getting a lot of messages right now so they’re taking a bit longer than usual to reply. If you’re currently waiting on a response and it’s been more than 24 hours then I’d recommend sending a DM to @AskCurve on Twitter or Curve’s Facebook page.
Curve support has been bad for years now. It’s nothing new and not to do with number of requests they receive, this excuse has also been given out for years now. They simply don’t have enough knowledgeable staff to deal with support queries. It’s just a matter of luck if you get a good agent to solve your problem, majority of them will close your ticket without fixing your issue.
