Missing refund (Amazon)

I bought 2 x £100 gift cards from Amazon - then I changed my mind. Amazon processed the refunds but only one was received on my credit card account. Curve said sorry and put the second refund through again but it was still not received.

How do I close my Curve account and get my £100 back?
