Money back and your support

Hello,

on 31.08.2022. I tried to book hotel in London. I tried to use Curve card. Booking was not done (error payment) but money was immediately withdrawn from my bank account.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to contact Premiere Inn hotel via mail because it simply does not exist on their web page.
The only possibility they give is phone number.
I tried to call them like million times but without success.
I also contacted your support but gues waht, they are also not replying.
Your support and wilingness to help your customer is disaster!!!
