Moving balance from expired Amex

Hi

How do I move my curve balance from an expired Amex card?

Hello @Triff, welcome to the community!

  1. Amex is currently not compatible with Curve (more info here Bringing Amex Back to Curve)

  2. You can’t put money on Curve. It is not a bank and does not offer a checking account.

  3. You can’t move your “Curve Cash” to any other card.

  4. If your card has expired, it no longer works

Following on from Mattias tips, if you have a balance on your Amex card that was added to Curve before then our support team can return this to your Curve Cash. Just send them a message through your app and they’ll sort it for you!
