Anyone else have any problems? Multiple errors due to “card issuer of your selected card has blocked the transaction”. But then why did my back-up cards not kick in? Eventually was able to transact using my Curve Cash balance.
Maybe the card payment timeout was reached or the terminal stopped the transaction.
Unfortunately, we cannot check transactions here in the community, if you contact Curve Customer Support then you can get more information why the anti-embarrassment mode didn’t work.
Did you check if your backup cards are (still) selected?
Thanks. I tried contacting customer support on the app but I couldn’t get past the annoying robot-assistant nonsense so resorted to posting on here in case it was a multiple-user issue. It seems not, so I will try emailing CS.
