My card didn’t arrive

Hi, the card I ordered some time ago has not yet arrived, even though the app says it should have arrived on the 7th.
I also contacted assistance several times and, a week ago, they told me they would let me know.
What can I do?

I’m afraid they are the only people that can send you a replacement, so unfortunately you’ll have to wait for them to get back to you.
