my Curve card has expired this month, which means I can’t use it for setting up new payment methods anywhere, and I haven’t received a new one. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the app states that they supposedly shipped a new card, and it will arrive around 1 October… Which is two (2!) months from now. All the while Curve is completely useless. Literally.
Could any Curve representative explain to me how such a colossal f-up can happen?
