Never received a physical card: Must close and reopen account, but support stopped responding

I opened my Curve account months ago, but never received a physical card. So I contacted support but they, of course, did virtually nothing for months. Some time ago, they wrote me an email claiming that there was a problem with my account and that I should close and reopen it again to obtain a physical card. After some discussions about the cashback period, I declared to be okay with the process, but now Curve just does not respond to my emails anymore.
So, please, Curve, go on with closing and reopening my account!
