I got several wrong transaction emails and because of that my card was blocked from a support guy. But after this blocking (which is now 1 month ago) i did not get any answer from curve, not in the app and also not per Email. I have money on my curve card which I cannot use any more. If i would not have that money I would cancel my account and never use Curve anymore.

Please reply with “urgent” to your ticket and you should receive a response faster.
Opening multiple tickets can result in your tickets being deleted/ignored or marked as spam, one ticket is enough.
