I use Curve blue card in the UK. I made an online purchase on Amazon India website and cancelled the order the same day, Amazon processed the refund on 5th Oct and gave me the transaction reference number but Curve has not refunded the amount yet. It’s been more than 19 days. I contacted Curve through chat on the app and no reply received yet.
Any idea how long does it take and how to contact them…
